India-Egypt Textile Buyer-Seller Meet (BSM) in Alexandria on 27 October

The Embassy of India in Cairo, in association with The Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council (TEXPROCIL) and Alexandria Business Association,  will organize an India-Egypt Textile Buyer-Seller Meet (BSM) in Alexandria on 27 October 2026, bringing together leading Egyptian textile stakeholders and Indian companies to explore new avenues for trade, investment and business cooperation.

The Buyer-Seller Meet is aimed at providing an important platform for Egyptian textile companies, manufacturers, importers, buyers and other industry stakeholders in Alexandria and across Egypt to engage directly with leading Indian manufacturers and exporters of textiles sector and explore opportunities for potential business partnerships.

Time: 10:00 AM onwards

Venue: Isis Meeting Room, Hilton Alexandria Green

The Indian delegation will include companies representing a broad range of the textile value chain, including cotton yarn, denim, fibres, man-made fibres, filaments and apparel. The participating companies will showcase their products, capabilities and export offerings and will hold B2B meetings with Egyptian counterparts to identify areas of mutual commercial interest.

The event is expected to provide valuable opportunities for Egyptian textile businesses to source quality products and explore new supply-chain partnerships with Indian companies, while enabling Indian textile exporters to better understand the Egyptian market and develop long-term business relationships.

Egyptian textile companies, buyers, importers, manufacturers and industry stakeholders are invited to participate in the Buyer-Seller Meet and take advantage of the B2B networking opportunities with the participating Indian textile companies.
