PackMach Asia Expo 2026, is being organized from 28th  to 30th  October 2026 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai, India and PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI) is joining PackMach Asia Expo 2026 as the Industry Partner, supporting the collaborative efforts of the co-organizers, Messe München India (MMI) and the Institute of Packaging Machinery Manufacturers of India (IPMMI). 

2.     PackMach Asia Expo is one of India’s leading international trade fairs dedicated to packaging machinery, automated processing lines, coding and marking solutions, corrugated box manufacturing, and sustainable packaging innovations. Co-located with drinktec India, the exhibition provides an important international platform for sourcing, business networking and technology partnerships across the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, FMCG and industrial packaging sectors.

5.     To facilitate meaningful trade partnerships and technology sourcing, PHDCCI has curated an exclusive Hosted Buyer Program for qualified international delegates meeting our selection criteria. Selected buyers will be extended the following privileges: 
6. Pre-Scheduled B2B Meetings:Curated matchmaking sessions with leading Indian manufacturers, technology providers, and exporters. 
7. Hotel Accommodation: Complimentary hotel stay for the duration of the exhibition in Mumbai. 
8. Local Transportation: Complimentary airport transfers and daily conveyance to and from the official hotel to the exhibition venue. Shuttle service (group transfers only) from Hotel and to Exhibition grounds (*Conditions apply) 
9. Airfare Reimbursement: Partial/Full return economy airfare reimbursement (Upto USD500) provided upon successful completion of mandatory on-site B2B meetings and verification of travel credentials. 

6. All selected hosted foreign buyers shall bear the following expenses themselves: 

-         Visa Application fee for Indian visa 

-         Lunch/Dinner/ Any other expense at the hotel 

-         Travel Insurance to India 

-         Any other expense not included in the above 

7. PROGRAM FEE & FINANCIAL TERMS 

    To process applications and confirm participation under the Hosted Buyer Program, a registration fee applies to selected buyers, structured with built-in reimbursement transparency: 

-         Application / Registration Fee: USD 150 (payable upon selection to secure participation slot). 

-         Fee Adjustment: The application fee of USD 150 will be fully adjusted during your final airfare reimbursement settlement at the venue. 

-         Mandatory Reimbursement Documents: To claim travel reimbursement and fee adjustment on-site, selected buyers must submit: 

• Original/E-ticket showing clear cost of ticket 
• Original Boarding passes for all flight sectors 
• Immigration entry/exit stamps matching travel dates
