Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi arrived  in Cairo  on 24 June 2023 for his first State visit to Egypt. PM was accorded a ceremonial welcome and a Guard of Honour upon arrival.

In a special gesture, Prime Minister H.E. Mr. Mostafa Madbouly of Egypt received PM Modi at the airport.
