Indiasoft 2026: International IT Exhibition & Conference during March 23-25, 2026 in New Delhi.

Electronics and Computer Software Export Promotion Council (ESC), an organization supported by the Government of India with the mandate to promote trade and cooperation in the Electronics, Information Technology (IT) and IT Services will be organising the 26th edition of its annual flagship Global Exhibition – Indiasoft 2026: International IT Exhibition & Conference during March 23-25, 2026 in New Delhi. The event is supported by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, under the Market Access Initiative (MAI) scheme.

2. At its 26th edition, the event is set to host more than 1,500 technology companies presenting cutting-edge innovations across AI, Machine Learning, Robotics, Cybersecurity, Big Data, Fintech, Blockchain, IoT, Health Tech, the Metaverse, Cloud Computing, Drones, Smart Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, and more. With 1,500+ exhibitors, 200 start-ups, 50,000+ visitors, and over 700 international buyers from 80+ countries, INDIASOFT 2026 stands out as a must-attend gathering for the global electronics and IT community.

3. Your esteemed Chamber of Commerce is requested to disseminate this information among the Egyptian manufacturers / buyers to participate in the above Expo.

4. Hosted Buyer Program (Subject to approval from Government of India)

·        Airfare: Under the Buyer Sponsorship Program, only selected delegates will receive partial reimbursement

·        Complimentary Hotel Accommodation: For three nights

·        Complimentary Business Meetings /  Networking assistance at the exhibition 

·        Complimentary Entry to the Exhibition  

·        Complimentary Entry to the Conferences 

·        Complimentary Networking evening

Kindly note that:

a)      A participation fee of USD 236 would be applicable per delegate.

b)     Air fare reimbursement and complimentary hotel both are available on first-come-first-serve basis. Depending on the number of confirmations and availability of funds the delegates may be offered ticket only or hotel accommodation only or both.
